THE PRESIDENT OF NIGERIA IS CORRUPT: DR. ORJI UZOR KALU

The most fearless governor in Nigeria, Dr. Orji Uzor Kalu has decided to say the truth no matter whose ox is gored. He has declared to the whole world what we have been publishing on NIGERIAN TIMES that the President of Nigeria Chief Olusegun Obasanjo is corrupt. And he can even prove it. And we want him to prove it. Dr. Orji Uzor Kalu should reject all the overtures to bribe him. Because, that is what we know that the corrupt ruling party of Obasanjo the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) will be trying to do right now to save their President from disgrace.

We said it that the days of reckoning are coming and the days are already here.

Dr. Orji Uzor Kalu wants to be the President of Nigeria and the one person that can stop him is the so called evil genius, Alhaji Ibrahim Gbadamasi Babangida. And the only power that can stop this evil genius is the ultimate power of God.

The news is all over the place and we have published the report below.
As the saying goes, the die is cast.

LAGOS, Sept. 3 (Xinhuanet.)
Nigeria's anti-fraud agency has begun the investigation of President Olusegun Obasanjo over alleged corruption leveled against him by a state governor, according to the agency's chairman Nuhu Ribadu.

The president personally authorized the investigations of Obasanjo, some of his aides and other topofficials; local press as saying Saturday quoted Ribadu.

Orji Uzor Kalu, governor of the southern state of Abia, had in a letter dated August 22 said he had "overwhelming evidence" that Obasanjo operated illegal foreign bank accounts and used public money to fund a secondary school in his hometown, Ogun state.

Kalu also accused some of the presidential aides and senators of collecting large sums of money on several oil and defense contracts including the recent privatization of two steel mills atAjaokuta and Aladja.

On receipt of this letter, "the president has authorized the EFCC (Economic and Financial Crimes Commission) to conduct, 'a clinical investigation' in all the issues raised," Ribadu said.
"This is a very serious issue and a milestone in the history of this country. If the president says go ahead and investigate me and make it public to the whole world, it will open the gate for us to go everywhere and investigate what is going on."
"This is a very important development for us all. We have reached a stage in the fight against corruption where there is no hiding place for anybody no matter how highly placed," Ribadu said.

Nigeria is rated as one of the most corrupt countries in the world, but Obasanjo has intensified his war against corruption among the high places this year that saw two ministers and a police chief sacked. Enditem
